This was great! Very exciting - I was on the edge of my seat, holding my breath so many times while reading this! - and a great take on the accidental bonding-trope. I particularly loved your descriptions of the mind meld and the mental link between Jim and Spock - they were so vivid and vibrant and also showed how very compatible these two are and the depth of their love for each other.

I really, really liked it!!
