What an exciting story! Accidental bonding fics are one of my favorite genres, and you executed it so well - lots of misunderstandings that kept me guessing exactly what would happen and then a happy ending that left me feeling resolved and pleased for Jim and Spock. I am glad you got inspired to write so much, because I so enjoyed reading it!
